The car can be returned without any issues if the need arises, and we don’t have to worry about the responsibilities that come with owning a vehicle. If there’s a problem, all we need to do is make one phone call, and a solution will be found.
We are satisfied with the full-service rental service because it is very convenient for us. The service agreement includes not only financing, comprehensive insurance, and routine maintenance but also several additional services: invoice administration, fuel credit card, additional winter and summer tires, tire changes and storage, pickup and drop-off service, replacement car, repairs, 24/7 emergency assistance, handling insurance claims, and monitoring insurance policy validity. They also arrange ferry tickets for us, which we pay for at the end of the month via invoice. This is a very convenient option, especially for our network maintenance team, who travel a lot and don’t need to deal with ferry tickets themselves.
